Dr. Alex Costet
Dr. Alex Costet joined RTS Physical Therapy in June of 2023 and currently serves as the clinic manager in Haslet. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem International University, where he was recruited to play NCAA DII soccer. He then earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University in Dallas. Alex grew up in Saint-Etienne, France where he enjoyed the outdoors, especially the magnificent French Alpes, and spending time with family and friends. Alex is passionate about helping others, and particularly appreciates working with athletes to assist them in returning to the highest level. He acquired significant training in sports rehabilitation in France while working with professional soccer players and is ready to make a difference here.
