Dr. Syril John
Dr. Syril John is the clinic director at our practice in Bedford, Texas. He has been a part of the RTS team since 2017 as he started with us as a Physical Therapy Technician. He was born in Waco, Texas, grew up in Euless, Texas, and attended Trinity High School. Dr. John earned his Bachelor of Science in exercise science from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2017. He then earned his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2021.
Dr. John was first introduced to the physical therapy world through injuries sustained throughout his high school and collegiate basketball playing career. He enjoys the process of helping others heal, improving their quality of life, and helping them excel in the things they love to do. He does these things by providing patient-centered care, building solid patient-therapist relationships, and incorporating evidence-based research. He treats a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries and vestibular rehab to treat balance and dizziness, but specializes in orthopedic care.
Outside of his clinician life Dr. John enjoys playing basketball, strength training, and spending time with his wife Káren, family, friends, and his golden retriever Avo.
